Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PDF Toolkit. This policy explains how refunds work for Pro subscriptions.
1. Free Trial
Pro plans may start with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.
2. 14-Day Refund
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, you can either:
- Email us at support@iradastudio.com with the email address used for the purchase, or
- Contact Paddle directly through paddle.net using the details in your receipt email.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
