These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PDF Toolkit (the "Service"), available at pdf.iradastudio.com. The Service is operated by Meshari Alamri, an individual trading as Irada Studio, based in Saudi Arabia ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PDF Toolkit is a web-based productivity tool that lets you merge and split PDF files. All file processing happens locally in your web browser. Your files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Plans and Payments

The Service offers a free plan and a paid subscription ("Pro"). Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• Paid plans may include a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time during the trial.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.
• Prices are shown in USD and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the files you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not access, view, or store your files.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep a copy of your original files.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
